::I stop by from time to time to kill time. It's been quite a few years, and the leather on the chairs is torn. Even though I am aware that Internet cafes have smoking areas, I am concerned about the smell of cigarettes compared to others.

::It's located just outside Mito Station. As far as I researched, this seems to be the only internet cafe that is open 24 hours a day within walking distance of Mito Station. It's a membership system, but I got in with my iCafe Group membership card. I used a flat booth, but there was enough space to stretch my legs and put my luggage, and I think it has all the facilities of a normal internet cafe. I have the impression that this is a convenient store as it is close to the station. Speaking of greed, the all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream is limited to certain days, so I wouldn't have any complaints if they did it every day.

::1620 yen for the 9hr Night Pack during prime time (Friday and Saturday night) IF you have an iCafé/アイカフェ member card, otherwise +300-something for the member registration. Flat seat cubicle was larger than average. Drinks include a few 100% juice options in separae pots, and do try the white grape (白いぶどう) juice from the soft drink machine. Staff was helpful and gentle with my horrible nihongo :P Would come again!

::Located just at station, very convenient for night stay if other options are not available.

::Not foreigner friendly. Please avoid. Terrible service.
