::By 11 o'clock on a weekday, the place was already full. I was shown to my seat in about 15 minutes. Even when ordering, the staff member explained things to me and was very nice. All dishes and side dishes are handmade, making seasoning easy. The main dish of soba noodles was firm and delicious.

::A soba restaurant with an elegant atmosphere. Starting with soba tea, you can enjoy not only soba but also various soba dishes ♡ Each item is delicious, so we recommend the set menu for lunch from Wednesday to Friday (weekdays). The soba gozen at night (Saturday and Sunday) is also good. Everything is delicious, but I especially like the fish cakes with lots of toppings and the fragrant soba ice cream with lots of buckwheat. Everyone at the store is very kind.

::When I visited for lunch, it was packed with customers and quickly filled up. Soba seems to be a restaurant that serves carefully selected items. We hear from mothers who are enjoying the crowd and lunch. I had the seasonal peanut soba. It was the first time I had soba noodles with sesame sauce, which felt like a salad, and it was very fresh. Later on, I went to the restaurant and simply had some soba noodles. It's really delicious.

::On my way back from Okayama, I wanted to eat soba so I searched for it and found this. Since we arrived after 12:00, which was a busy time, there were no spaces in the parking lots on either side of the store. However, when you look in front of the store and pass the parking lot on the right side, you will see a red triangular cone next to the house that says ``Norikura Parking''! There was just one space available. I entered the store and wrote my name, but there were 3 groups waiting. I was also interested in an eel restaurant nearby, but I thought it would be busy everywhere at the time, so I decided to wait. There are chairs waiting at the entrance and in front of the store. It turned out surprisingly fast and I got it in in about 10 minutes. Before going, I had read the reviews and was thinking of ordering a set menu, but when I went there, I was told that they don't offer set menus on Saturdays and Sundays (unfortunately). I felt lonely having just soba noodles, so I made tempura soba that comes with tempura. The tempura had shrimp, king king king mushroom, lotus root, shiso leaves, eggplant, wheat gluten, and I don't know what it was, but it was a lot of green vegetables. The tempura was crispy, and the soba noodles were thin, chewy, and delicious. However, it might be a good place to stop by if you have plans to go nearby, but it didn't feel special enough to go out of your way to eat here.

::It was a soba that competed for 1st and 2nd place. I ordered Juwari Soba, but I ended up eating it with just salt and no soup. Of course, the bonito soup stock was really good, so I added some soba hot water and drank it, and it was really delicious. I also ordered tempura and soba croquettes, and they were all very delicious.
