  I chose this clinic because I wanted to try cognitive therapy. I think it would be great if you could set aside about 50 minutes to listen to me talk. He doesn't deny my own pessimistic way of thinking, but rather thinks about various ways of thinking with me. I had the impression that the mental health clinic was a little scary, but the doctor was gentle and the receptionist seemed kind. The waiting room and examination room also have a laid-back atmosphere, decorated with Japanese accessories, making you feel at ease.

  He is a doctor who speaks objectively and logically rather than empathizing with the patient's feelings. I think it's a good fit. I didn't fit in. Even when I talked about my painful experiences, I was told, ``Isn't that a good experience?'' and it made me feel uneasy. I think this would be a good fit for the type of person who wants someone to empathize with their painful feelings.
