The staff are polite, but I would like them to be more proactive in dealing with customers who are in trouble. One day, while I was meeting with a staff member at the counter, a man who came in just before the closing time didn't even issue me a ticket to wait in line and stood right next to me as if he was harassing me. He glared at me and clicked his tongue. I felt very bad.
