::When all clinics rejected me, only they diagnose me. I thank them.

::About 20 years ago, I was rushed to this hospital after suffering a burn injury. I went to the outpatient clinic, and the affected area was disinfected with my upper arm, so I had to take off the clothes on my upper body (I was a teenage girl at the time), but it was done in a simple screen with a gap, and I felt good. I didn't. The nurse was a veteran, but she was sloppy. As expected, it festered. Afterwards, my doctor told me that I should move it to prevent adhesions, so I did exactly that, but it turned out to be a large keloid. At another hospital, I was told that if the burn was this large and it wasn't in a skin-to-skin area like the armpit, there would be no adhesions, and I should rest. It seemed very busy with a lot of outpatients. However, I think it is the mission of doctors and nurses to never treat patients with serious burns, which may or may not leave scars, in a sincere manner, and instead to say the wrong things and to be close to the patients who are in pain. However, it seemed like they were busy just treating patients, and I had doubts about the way outpatient departments at university hospitals should be.

::My mother had to be hospitalized for an emergency and was there for a little over a month. There was nothing good about it. The admission and discharge procedures also take time. Regardless of hospitalization, since you know in advance whether you will be discharged or not, I think you should prepare the necessary documents and payments. Nurses and nursing assistants rarely communicate what they communicate. Even when asked about his medical condition, he just kept repeating, ``I just don't understand.'' I bought something that I was told I needed, but it was returned without being used, or I was told that I didn't need it anymore and asked me to bring it back. The doctor was decent, but compared to other hospitals, it was at a completely normal level. The doctors only look good because the people around them treat them poorly. I don't think it will happen again. When I asked my mother who was in the hospital, she said there were some scary nurses. It would be better to go to another hospital for training and see the reality. This is the worst hospital.

::Semi rude phone service; late night quality of care and experience depends solely on which doctor you happen to see - I have seen both very attentive one and also one that was openly angry looking since we “woke him up” late into the evening...unreal for a true pediatrician I think? But real here! Bottom line, this place has no standards set, no real mission to serve local communities. Strange for a private entity? If you want much better service and respectful doctors and staff, please go to Tokai University Hachioji Hospital, worlds apart, well above average/good Japanese medical services.

::Mistakenly went there. Poor services
