::Very well organized hospital. All instructions are in Japanese but they're making an effort to speak in an understandable way, and the doctor who took care of me even spoke in English (I think he partly studied in the US)

::Not sure why there are so many negative comments about this hospital but I personally had a very good experience and I think I should give the feedback here as there are more foreigners around this area. I had the maternity check here since the middle of my pregnancy. Almost each time I met different doctors and most of them are very friendly. I cannot say the check itself is very detailed but I think it’s average. However I had a very good experience giving birth here. I had a planned c-section and the first two nights were painful. I am grateful all the nurses gave me the all the support I need, even though I couldn’t have my husband accompany due to the Covid measures, I feel they provide better care than my husband could do. I also had some other issues after the delivery and each nurse on duty came and check how I am feeling, which made me feel they really cared. I appreciate the concern. One thing I would say the food is just like the normal hospital food which you cannot expect much, but for the others, the facility, the staffs and the care, I would definitely recommend this hospital.

::The only negative experience I had was with the telephone assistant (she spoke no English and wouldn’t use “easy Japanese”.. I had to ask a Japanese friend to call for me).. otherwise, the staff are so kind and helpful (using gestures, walking me to where I need to go, helping me write forms, using easy Japanese when I didn’t understand, etc).. my doctor spoke some english and they had a nurse who spoke English well come to help me! I had blood work done (my first time and the woman was so kind about my nerves) as well as a CT scan (the man was very kind and spoke slowly for me). I honestly hate Japanese clinics but this one is so kind, clean, and well organized (excluding the telephone receptionist 😂)

::They only conduct corona tests for business travelers(!) If you need to travel abroad for personal emergencies and need to get a test for that, they reject you without proper explanation (the costs would in both cases obviously be borne by the patient). Absolutely outrageous!

::Hospital was clean and the nurses where great
