  The hotel is walkable from the train station. There are ample choices of eateries nearby. Had a good night sleep here.

  Booked last minute as we couldn’t make our bus ride and it was one of the cheaper hotels available. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but surprised no reviews pointed out that their bed was uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs and didn’t sleep well. Value was decent, if only the bed was a bit more comfortable.

  The staff in the front is not that friendly. However there was one lady that went above and beyond. No free bottled water but you can get water on he 4th floor from the ice machine. Horrible wifi. We had our rooms moved to accommodate the bad wifi. There was no improvement. It’s in a great location. Very close public transport.

  Very convenient. This hotel is located only a few minutes away from Niigata station. Also right by the street where are a lots of restaurants and bars. Lots of affiliated parkings are available for $12/day nearby too. The hotel is not new honestly but sparkly clean. I got even a free upgrade room even though I paid for only 20/day. This hotel was one of best value hotels I have ever stayed in Niigata City. I strongly recommended here if you are looking for a good deal hotel near the Niigata station.

  Fairly standard budget hotel. Rooms are on larger side, have built in alarm, fridge, small TV and loaner laptop. The only issue is the sound - the walls are not that thick, so you can really know when other guests are moving around.
