::A shop run by an elderly person. Kintoki Okonomiyaki contains sweet potatoes and red kidney beans. The sweetness of the potatoes matched well with the sweetness and spiciness of the sauce and it was delicious! ! The salt yakisoba had a nice accent of spices. Perhaps the mayonnaise is homemade, it's not too salty and it's refreshing and goes well with the food! The store staff was also kind and nice.

::As a vegetarian gaijin with limited Japanese I was a disaster but the staff were patient and kind. You can cook your own food which is fun! My okonomiyaki was delicious but my lime sour was weak and artificial. The atmosphere is great.

::Visited Newhakuba after reading some web articles. I wasn't disappointed! Tried their 'recommended' Tokushima style Okonomiyaki which includes red kidney beans and it was delicious. Served on the hot plate at your table with (what looks like homemade) mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce. Nice big portion for 950 yen. I'm not local, so I don't know of other places but this was very tasty to me.

::A restaurant of Okonomiyaki and teppanyaki, which is near the Tokushima station, New Hakuba. Okonomiyaki can be baked by oneself, and clerks can bake it. There is a menu Okonomiyaki using seasonal ingredients, please check it by all means.
