  The staff was kind and helpful, and really spent their time making sure I got a haircut I was happy with. My hair still looks and feels great the next day after showering. The price is also reasonable, especially if you use the coupons on Hot Pepper (3500 for shampoo, cut, and blow dry). I only spoke to them in Japanese, so I do not know if they speak English.
