::・The business hours listed on Instagram and Google Maps are different, so I think it would be better to correct them. People who go there should be careful. ・Although all the cats are cute, I was worried because they were thin and the way they cling to snacks was terrible. I had tear burns and eye mucus. I have a white cat who keeps meowing and fighting, and I'm worried about stress. ・A cat was freely climbing the cash register, office supply area, beer server, etc. in the store, so I think it would be more sanitary to isolate those areas. ・When I entered the store as soon as it opened, I found a cup left on the desk, probably from the previous day. ・The customer service attitude of the male clerk is poor. It seemed like he was always in the back space and wouldn't come out even after I called him several times. I didn't come to check on the cat at all. I felt sad because the store gave the impression that cats were not taken care of as a whole.

::Recommended when you want to be healed by a cat. There are children who are okay with being touched, children who don't like it, and children who are bullied by cats and run away. When you give them treats, they all flock to you and it’s so cute! Just ask the store clerk. ①I feel sorry for the scars that were probably caused when the cats fought with each other and were left untreated. I want you to take me to the hospital properly. ②My nails are long, so I would like you to cut them. ③A skinny child might be deprived of food by everyone. ④When I looked into the room where the cat's toilet was located through the cat entrance, it was very dirty. I want you to clean it up. thank you.

::I visited on a weekday, and before catching the Shinkansen on my way home after sightseeing in Nagaoka, I stopped at the first cat cafe. It was a great experience for me because I have a dog and can't have a cat. I was able to be free and spend 850 yen for one drink, which was a bargain. Maybe if you showed a little more commercial interest, the pockets of the workers (Nyans) would be better off...I'm sorry for not charging you. I wish I could buy toys or something... All the cats are well-trained, some are always pampered, and some are as cute as ornaments, making it the cat cafe I had imagined. I would like to come visit Nagaoka again. Thank you for your help for a long time. I was healed.

::I took a seat and ordered a drink, so I felt calm and had my own home during my stay. As soon as I entered the store, I was happy to see several cats coming up to me. Koharu-chan, who is said to be the most popular girl, was so friendly that she sat on my lap as soon as she entered the store (*ノ▽ノ*)! When you buy a treat for 200 yen, you get a lot of small snacks, so you can enjoy it for a long time. Cafe usage fees are 100 yen off for junior high school students and 200 yen off for elementary school students. The hot cappuccino tasted like it was made with stick powder (although I'm not sure) The price is reasonable as it includes one drink during free time, so I can't complain even if the coffee isn't as delicious as at a cafe, but next time I'd like to try the juice. There was no smell, probably because the two windows at the top were open. The inside of the store has a sense of history, but at first glance it didn't give the impression of being filthy (I was concerned about cat hair or dust in the high places), but it was a relaxing place. Although some of the cats were sleeping, there were many cats that were active, and someone was always coming near them, so I didn't get bored. The staff was very nice, and my child was very happy and eager to go back soon, so I'm glad I went to try it out.

::This café had many cute and adorable cats. However, the smell of excrement was strong, and cat hair was floating visibly indoors. I couldn't bring myself to eat or drink there due to the conditions. What concerned me even more was the health of the cats; I noticed many of them appeared emaciated, which really worried me. I've been to many cat cafés before, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Since it involves living creatures unlike regular businesses, I sincerely hope for a swift improvement.
