::Natural Lawson has interesting products so I can look forward to it.

::We need to re-educate how to run the cash register and what it should be like. There are two staff members at the cashier counter. One person was working on something away from the cash register. When I picked up my items and lined up at the cash register, another staff member was standing right behind him holding up a board that said "Suspended" and seemed to be writing something down. When I happened to look, there was a self-checkout register, but both of them were in use and there was a message saying "Please scan the product", so I thought it would take a while, but for some reason the only manned register remained closed. So I decided to line up at the self-checkout line. Furthermore, there was a person from behind who needed a cashier. When the customer wanders around and approaches the manned cash register, the staff member looks bothered and removes the "out of service" sign and opens the cash register. The person glances at me, but it's not his fault. I gave up on the manned checkout line and went to the self-checkout line right next to it. Go ahead, I patted the person on the back. The problem lies entirely with the staff. It would have been better if they had responded something like, ``Please wait first,'' or ``Is that okay? (with a glance).'' At the self-checkout, one person has not yet finished scanning, and one person has even progressed to scanning point cards, but they are having a tough time. Meanwhile, another customer came to the manned register, but again the staff didn't even glance at me. The problem lies entirely with this store that employs this staff. I gave up, put the item back on the shelf, and turned on my heel. I may not be a customer since I didn't buy any products, but I would like to see improvements made to the cash register. The goal of improving the quality of this store is the same as the management side. I don't just want to get complaints, and there's nothing better than not having to complain. Natural Lawson, stay strong.

::There is a corner called "Saitama Prefecture Antenna Shop" which is the only one in Tokyo. Purchased ``Jyumangoku Manju'' and ``Shakushinazuke''.

::Was at this branch on at about 8pm on a Saturday (5 August). Had the most horrible service experience in Japan ever. Service staff on duty directed us to use the self check-out, which we did . The instructions were all in Japanese . We sort his assistance how to start the check-out, but he was impatient and very unhelpful . Just repeating the words “scan”. Was extremely disappointing experience that I had yet to experience in any other Lawson or in Japan

::This is a collaborative store between Natural Lawson and Qol Pharmacy, of which there are several in Tokyo. I don't use dispensing pharmacies very often, but I think it's convenient because there are few that are open from 9:00 to 21:00 except on Sundays. Natural Lawson is open 24 hours a day, and you can also use eat-in, Machi Cafe, ATM, and copy machine.
