Since it's an emergency outpatient clinic, there are probably a lot of different doctors, but the female teacher who seemed to be new was in charge and I couldn't rely on her. I wonder what the purpose of going to the emergency department is if you go to the emergency room and are sent home in pain without proper treatment.

  Even though it wasn't the usual time to receive an explanation from a doctor, the doctor in charge came to explain the situation to the family in a polite manner. I felt very safe and able to entrust myself to myself. The nurses are also very efficient, yet calm and kind. However, most of the staff didn't even say hello, and I thought that if they at least gave a nod, anxious patients and their families would be able to calm down, surrender themselves, and be more motivated to fight the disease...I'm a little disappointed. There's a part of me that thinks so. Lastly, although there are such points, I will never forget the wonderful doctors and nurses, so I would like to cherish the good impression they left.
