  I am a local who has been coming here since I was a child. After waiting a long time and getting tested, I consulted with the doctor about making an appointment for the next appointment, and was able to make an appointment. Even though I took the day off to meet the doctor's schedule, I was forced to cancel on the same day (in the afternoon) because there was no doctor who could see me until the morning. The nurse told me that she had called me a few minutes before the appointment time to let me know, and I just didn't understand what she meant. There's no point in making a reservation a week in advance, so I feel like I should just tell them then. Even though they should have known this before making an appointment, I think they are being sloppy in their treatment of patients. The nurse also told me when I scheduled my next appointment that if I could only come because of your convenience, I shouldn't have come in the first place. There's a strange nurse who says a lot of sarcastic things. (We tend to blame the patient for our lack of control.) At that time, and even during my long stay in the hospital, I could hear the nurses in the internal medicine department and the ward talking badly about patients and their families, and talking about their personal information. It's the worst and unpleasant. Of course, there are some good doctors and nurses that I have been to over the years. This time, I heard blatant negative comments about myself from behind the scenes, so I won't go there anymore.

  Everything takes too long, and it hasn't finished for three hours since I came in. Is it because the system itself is old or the people are at fault? In any case, it's inefficient, and the patient becomes sick just by the waiting time. Taxes should be paid to a hospital like this. If you're going to spend a lot of time on it, it's better to demolish it and rebuild it into a proper hospital.If possible, I don't want to come here again, and I don't think anyone else should either.It will make you feel stressed and unwell.

  There are huge differences in attitudes between doctors. An old orthopedic doctor who blames the patient for a lack of explanation has a particularly bad attitude. Please be careful if you go to this hospital for medical treatment.

  When I called to make an appointment for a follow-up visit, I was asked, ``What day do you want to make an appointment?'' When I answered, I was told, ``You can't make an appointment until 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, so please call me again.'' Ta. Then why what day? I don't know if you asked me that, and if I'm working, I can't make a phone call at that time.

  To a foreigner, this is a very nice hospital in a small town in Toyama. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
