The doctor in charge was a veteran and well-known in his field. The explanation after the test was thorough and easy to understand, and even though I was worried that it might be serious, the explanation was encouraging and made me feel better. Also, this is my personal opinion, but as someone who is hard of hearing, I can't hear when someone calls me in a low voice at the checkout counter. Personally, I understand being called in a loud voice, but I don't like it when my full name is called in a loud voice in a busy reception area where there are quite a lot of people. I think it would be great if they could call you by number and write it on the screen like at a certain hospital. I would also like to be able to at least use credit cards instead of only paying in cash.
