  As others have said, I think he is a generally good dentist. The hospital is also clean. As for the dental hygienist, I guess it depends on the person. It may or may not fit.

  I think he is a generally good dentist. The hospital and staff were both clean and courteous. I feel like the doctor's treatment is accurate and I can trust him with peace of mind.

  I had gum surgery here, but am suffering from post-operative symptoms. The surgeon was the hospital director. Even though I complained to the hospital director about my symptoms, he kept telling me that he didn't know what was going on, but as soon as I told him I was going to get a second opinion, his attitude changed. The hospital director suddenly told me that there was no problem as it was, but that I could have another surgery. I did not feel that the hospital director's response was sincere at all, so I did not undergo another surgery and am currently going to the hospital for a second opinion.

  Thank you for your help in treating my cavities and cleaning my teeth. Thanks to his thorough and kind explanations, even though I hate dentists, I was able to receive the treatment with peace of mind. I introduced him to my father, who also dislikes dentists, and he was pleased with the kind treatment he received.

  I was concerned about the low review scores, but I never thought I would actually give such a rating myself. I was never told this, but as many other people have said in their reviews, I feel like they choose their patients. Out of all the dentists out there, I decided that I didn't need to go out of my way, so I decided to go elsewhere. Teeth are said to have the greatest impact on health. It's a shame because I had hoped to have a trustworthy and long-term relationship (a lifetime if possible). Also, regarding the receptionist's response that can be seen here and there in the reviews, other people have been writing about it for two years, so it's probably the director's policy to make improvements. I think it should be improved.
