::I wanted to try drinking soba in Tachikawa, so I visited Shofuku Soba Namikian for the first time. As I was looking at the menu, trying to decide what to have as an accompaniment and drink, the waitress suggested that I would also like to take a look at the sake menu and sake accompaniment menu. This shop seems to be putting a lot of effort into Japanese sake as well. This time, we ordered Ebisu draft beer, tempura (seasoned medium-thick bonito flakes, Aomori garlic, and corn), dashimaki, sake trial size☓2, and steamer. Tempura is served freshly fried and lightly sprinkled with salt. You can feel the deliciousness of the crispy ingredients, and the Ebisu draft beer goes well😋🍺The dashi rolls had a strong flavor that went perfectly with the sake, which I don't usually drink. To finish off, I slurped the soba noodles in a strong broth in a bamboo steamer😋 Tachikawa drinking soba noodles are the best. Next time I go, I would like to enjoy sake and side dishes and finish off with Yabu-style soba. Thank you for the meal.
