::I used to have a dentist that I used to go to regularly, but when I moved, I transferred to this one that was recommended to me. I consulted him because I wanted to change some of my dental implants and want to get whitening done, but since he is a highly conscious dentist, the staff and hygienist's explanations and techniques were thorough and very good. I thought I was a professional when it comes to cosmetics, but...the adhesive got stuck in weird places and just kept grinding...it hurt my gums, and when I put pressure on it, it put pressure on my lips, and it hurt so bad that I had to deal with it for the next few days. I had a bruise on my face. Is this a medical accident? I thought so, but I held back. I also felt pain during the treatment, probably because the anesthesia used to change the dressing failed, and when I went to the hospital the next time and told them that it was still painful, I was told that I had hypersensitivity. It's been a while since the treatment, but I don't think there's any stinging, tingling, or sensitivity even if I don't do anything. Among the teachers, only the female one was kind and very polite. This was the first time I had ever been to a dentist where the treatment made me feel so unpleasant and in pain. Since I moved away from Hachinohe again, I had to have my painful dental implants examined by another dentist. It may be fine if you just go for regular check-ups.

::Thank you for helping me with my daughters' checkups. We have a lot of children in our family, and it has always taken a long time for us to get a dental checkup, so it was helpful to have a reservation system so there was less waiting time. Personally, I am happy that my knowledge of teeth, mouth, jaws, etc. has increased because he explains the contents and meaning of the examination in detail. I hope this will give children an opportunity to be conscious of their own bodies too!

::I came to the hospital for maintenance and to have a mouthpiece made. The receptionist was always attentive and gave me a good impression. The equipment is well-equipped and the inspections are thorough. He gave a good explanation. However, after visiting many times, I thought it was common for the hygienists and doctors to say something like, "Please let me know if you have any pain during treatment or maintenance." I felt like he didn't care about the patient, forced himself on me every time, and made me wait until the patient was done. Even if other children were crying, there was no follow-up until the treatment was completed. I wanted to send my child to the school, but decided against it. Even though the treatment may not be painful, each treatment was rough and forceful, so for the first time I became afraid of the dentist because it was painful. And the doctor and hygienist? During the treatment, he kept talking bad about other employees over my face for over 20 minutes, which made me very uncomfortable. I'm at work, so at least I'd like him to quit in front of the patients. Both the hygienists and the doctors I had high hopes for really don't care about the patients. I really don't understand why the reviews are so good.

Because of the detailed counseling provided beforehand, I was able to undergo treatment without fear, even though I was always afraid of dentists no matter how old I was. The rooms are very clean, and the teachers and staff are kind, so I've been to several dentists, but this is the one I feel most comfortable going to so far.
