  I just came back from seeing my mother, and as I was getting an explanation from the receptionist about when he was available, a male doctor sitting in the back said audibly, "There's no way he's free on a Friday afternoon." I had to put up with it because my parents were there, but what about this place from noon? I said a little louder. Don't say anything. If you say something, say it to my face. I'll listen to you. Thanks to you, I'm now attending a municipal hospital.
