  Very often you have to wait. It's so clumsy that I have to go to a far away post office.

  It's really inflexible. Normally, at other post offices, an error of a few millimeters would be considered acceptable, but here they say it's out even if it's perfect. I can't help but feel sorry for the elderly who can only use this post office, which is by far the worst among the unfriendly and administrative-oriented post offices I use.
