::When I had a toothache, I was told that if I didn't make an appointment, I was turned down many times, but I was able to see Dr. Nakanishi as an emergency. The staff who answered the phone was concerned about me and answered well, which made me feel at ease. She gave me first aid, explained my symptoms in detail, and told me to call her if the pain came back, which was really helpful.

::I have been seeing him since he had a ceramic veneer done at his own expense a few years ago. I am grateful that the doctor and dental hygienist are both kind and considerate.

::My child visited the hospital because he had a toothache. He said that it hurt when he chewed on the flesh while his back teeth were starting to come out. It was fine up to that point, but then the assistant asked me, ``Would you like me to apply fluoride? It will cost 〇〇〇〇〇〇, but I declined, saying ``Okay then.'' Afterwards, I was told at the time of payment that it was ¥500, and when I asked if it was 500 yen with my welfare recipient card, I was told, ``This time, I will be receiving free medical treatment.'' By the way, when I asked how much it would cost to apply fluoride, I was told that the price would be the same whether or not it was applied. I should have asked the assistant, but apart from free medical treatment, I am not convinced about fluoride. This case seemed like a scam. I've been told for a long time that I should only treat my own cavities after dental maintenance has been completed, so I divided my upper and lower teeth into two visits over the same month for just maintenance, and I went back many times after that. I appreciate your politeness, but honestly it's a pain. Also, the parking lot is small and difficult to park and get out, and the second parking lot is far away and you have to cross a road with unexpectedly heavy traffic, which makes it difficult to use the parking lot near you if you have children.

::My first visit was an emergency and I was seen right away, but From now on, you will have to come in many times to have your teeth cleaned and to remove tartar, and it will be difficult to treat the cavities. As the previous person said, I only make reservations once a month. It's difficult to commute while working. I thought other dentists were like this, but when I went to another dentist, they immediately treated my tooth decay (even took impressions), and it only took two visits. Some dental hygienists are high-pressure. The doctor is polite, but he seems to be busy, so he only does a quick check-up on the assembly line after the dental hygienist has seen it. I think it's just because the treatment isn't progressing that it's crowded.
