::7 Feb 2024 - My mum fell down and hit her head. Was rejected by Sophia Clinic. Visited this hospital at about 1500H. Was told to get a referral letter from another place before a doctor could see her. Otherwise, was told to wait for two hours to get emergency service. While I was super in awe of Japan and its culture, its medical service is horrible. Shouldn't a medical staff responsibility be checking the patient as per Hippocratic Oath? Shame on you.

::They won't allow me to go in with my pregnant wife for her check-ups. I understand COVID is a concern and to wear a mask is important; however, not allowing the husband to support his wife is pretty disappointing. Sure i get it, not everyone should be able to go in, but without the husband doesn't make sense. They say they plan to update their policy, but it doesn't seem like that will happen anytime soon.

::One of the best Hospitals in Okinawa. I love how they took good care of the patients especially when I gave birth to my second daughter. The foods they served were amazing, nutritious and the best.

::We were on holiday. We are a couple from Germany. My girlfriend had back injury so we had to find a doctor at Sunday night. All in all it took 2 hours for us. The stuff was friendly and helpful. They had also translators for us.

::Taken here by ambulance in December 2017, I ended-up spending 6 weeks mostly, in the Intensive Care Unit. Doctors and nurses are professional and supportive in many ways, I wouldn't have expected in an American hospital. Limited English is spoken so, it's best if, you can speak some basic Japanese. Suffering from pneumonia and congestive heart failure, it took some doing, to save me. Rehabilitation personnel, were one of the best parts of my visit. Alive and doing well, I have to say: This hospital can perform miracles. They have the latest technology and an exceptional medical staff.
