::The staff is very friendly. Especially since I'm a foreigner, there are a lot of things I don't know, and my Japanese isn't very good, but they kindly explained everything one by one. Thanks to this, I was able to receive a lot of help in filling out the documents to apply for the 100,000 yen grant. And it's really nice because there's always no one there, so it's comfortable. If you use a Japan Post ATM during lunchtime, the fee is only 100 yen, so I think this is also good.
