::Clean and tidy but you have to pay extra JPY33000 to use the pool. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool to relax by after long days exploring Nagoya & surrounds so we were very disappointed to discover it cost more.

::Had a great time and loved the beauty of the hotel. Wasn't too far from the train station but we only stayed for the night. Not one complaint, other than we should have stayed longer.

::Service is A+ , the staff couldn't be more helpful and actually cared about their guests! One of the best hotels I've stayed in during all my travels. All the hotel restaurants were so gracious and helpful when I had questions about food. Definitely will be staying here again and recommending this Beautiful Hotel.

::I had an okay stay in Nagoya Tokyu, but my family and I were mostly uncomfortabe due to the airconditioner settings of our rooms- it was warm during our entire stay. We were told that it can't be changed and that we should just turn off the AC and just open the windows. This is the major con. Pros - fast service during the breakfast buffet, decent location, clean, staff would do services as requested But overall, the hotel is in dire need of upgrades.

::Far from the nearest train station if you have another of bags. Had issues with wifi, please call the desk if it doesn't work. Otherwise the product is excellent, the room is clean.
