  Thank you for your help since the end of 2020. As for the treatment details ①Caries treatment It was re-treatment for a false tooth. In order to form a firm base for the new crown, I underwent alveolar osteoplasty surgery to increase the height of the remaining tooth. After the wound had completely healed, I underwent the same surgery on other areas that needed it. The doctor in charge explained in detail that the procedure was to make an incision in the gums, scrape away the alveolar bone, and then suture the incised gums. The treatment time is about two and a half hours. When I felt pain during the procedure, I was contacted and additional anesthesia was quickly administered. The doctor in charge was very patient in treating me. It takes several months to fully heal, and you will need to be careful with your diet for a week after surgery. It was a difficult surgery, but in May 2023, a connecting bridge was inserted into both lower jaws that fits perfectly and provides a sense of stability. ② Preservation of root-fractured teeth A tooth that had a vertical crack down to its root, and at one point it seemed inevitable that it would be extracted, was saved through intentional replantation. I was really surprised when I heard that the tooth would be extracted, including the periodontal ligament, turned 90 degrees, and replanted. I asked for the surgery with a prayerful feeling, betting on the possibility of success. As a result, the tooth is functioning properly as of June 2023. I am very grateful that I was able to replace the teeth that my parents gave me. ③Implant I had two front teeth placed in two-stage and one-stage implants. Pain management is perfect. At the same time as the initial two-stage implant surgery, bone augmentation was also performed on the implant that was performed at another clinic. I am being followed for about 6 months after the surgery. We are planning to have it examined next time to see if there are any problems with the connection.   I went there for over a year for implant treatment. I didn't have to wait past my appointment time and was given a thorough examination and treatment suggestions. Although the treatment takes some time, there is no pain during the procedure. When I had a bridge, I was worried about sudden swelling, but now that the treatment has been completed, I can eat with peace of mind.
