  We had been working together for a long time since the clinic opened, but I moved and went to another dentist. At the recommendation of a friend, I asked for treatment again after a long time and had ceramic implants inserted. My next visit was 3 months after I had my teeth checked and cleaned, but after 1 month, pus had accumulated in other areas and my gums were swollen. I'm sorry that I don't have much flexibility with my time due to work... Difficult to make reservations... My gums remain swollen for a week or two. They do not provide emergency treatment. The staff who have been with me for a long time since the hospital first opened, were concerned about me when I had pain or swelling, and immediately made an appointment.However, the current staff are very administrative. This time, I couldn't stand the swelling and asked another dentist because I couldn't make an appointment at my regular dentist, Nagisa Dental. I called Nagisa Dental Clinic again and had another dentist put antibiotics into my gums. I told Nagisa Dental that I would like to request ceramic root canal treatment, but the schedule didn't work out until 2 weeks later. The staff told me that if it was going to take that long, I would go to the dentist over there. Therefore, I am currently looking for a dentist who specializes in root canal treatment and ceramics. The teacher explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which I really liked... The staff's administrative-like response was painful every time...I can no longer go to Nagisa Dental Clinic because of this incident.

  I have been going there for over 7 years, including regular checkups and treatments. I used to be a transferee, so I went to various dentists all over the country, but I think this is the best. The reason for this is careful care during regular checkups. From understanding the current situation, you can point out problems and provide guidance on how those problems have developed over time. The amount of bleeding, periodontal pocket measurements, etc. are available as a progress list, which provides daily encouragement. In my experience, many of the dental hygienists are excellent, and if you are not a good match, you can change the dental hygienist the next time (I only changed once...). The dentist is also friendly and provides efficient treatment. I feel that rather than excessive treatment, I am being given a moderately appropriate treatment policy. We also focus on cosmetic dentistry, so there seem to be a lot of female patients, and above all, you can rest assured that your treatment will be done from the patient's perspective. I've already introduced two friends, and both of them are attending. As long as I'm in Osaka, I plan to continue going there forever.

  I'm really not good at dentists, but Nagisa Dental is the dentist I want to go to for the first time. I went to another dentist in Izumiotsu, but they couldn't treat me well, so I rushed here and got some help. I received treatment immediately and started to feel better. I don't really like tooth pain, but the doctor checked over and over again to make sure it didn't hurt, and the treatment really didn't hurt at all. Always treat me with care. My fear of going to the dentist has completely disappeared! All the dental hygienists are polite and kind. The receptionists will greet you kindly and with a smile. There is a parking lot nearby and it seems like you can park for free, so I would really recommend it to anyone looking for a pain-free dentist!

Just when I thought it was finally over, the female doctor's examination was extremely arrogant. I had heard a lot of rumors beforehand, but it turned out to be exactly what I expected, so I was convinced. I was so fed up with it that I immediately changed to another dental clinic. Thanks to you, I'm currently doing great. I don't recommend this place.
