  Three years ago, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes by a new female staff member at the reception desk due to a mortgage issue. This was due to lack of communication from the sales person in charge, but the 40 minute wait during lunch break was quite frustrating. This time I was disappointed with the over the counter transfer. A female staff member (with black hair tied back) says, ``Welcome,'' looking annoyed. The attitude and words before paying the cash all seem like a hassle! In the back, a male boss is loudly preaching something to a male staff member. Your customers can hear you! The first female staff member (with slightly brown hair tied back) was nice.

  When I visited Shinkin Mirai-kan just before closing on a holiday, the customer service attitude of an elderly male staff member wearing glasses was terrible. He is unfriendly from beginning to end, acting as if to tell me to go home early, which is extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll go there again.
