I only go on weekdays, so I don't know how crowded it is on weekends and weekday evenings, but as long as you make a reservation, the waiting time is relatively short and it goes smoothly. I think you can make a reservation the next day if you don't specify a time. It's a very beautiful building. I am aware that some doctors and dental assistants are kind and others are not so kind, but I am personally satisfied with choosing this dentist as my first dentist since elementary school.
