  Since it's close by, I asked for a regular checkup. The part of my tooth that I had been complaining about every time for several years became unbearably painful, and when I went to see a doctor, it was discovered that the tooth had become cavities that had reached the nerves. The check-up was instantaneous and there was very little explanation compared to the dentists I had gone to in the past, so I was a little worried, but I was wrong in the worst possible way. I really regret that the treatment would have left more of the tooth if it had been done otherwise, as they were very thorough and chipped away at it. I felt a sense of distrust, so I went to another dentist to examine the areas I was concerned about, and they found two cavities that had not been pointed out here. I will not be using this service again in the future, but I would like to let you know that the dentists here are of this quality.

  I had a really bad experience. I was 5 minutes late for my reservation time, and since it was the last slot in the morning, the registration was closed, so I was stuck. I begged for help, but the receptionist treated me coldly, telling me that the doctor didn't have time to examine me anymore. It only takes 5 minutes, and when I arrived, the person who had finished the examination was paying the bill and there was a waiting period. Well, it's basically my fault for being late, but I wish I could be a little more flexible... Fortunately, I called another dentist on the spot and was able to find one who treated me very kindly, so all is well.

  There was no good dentist nearby, so I went there for a while to treat cavities. One day when I went there, I was informed that the teacher in charge had resigned. I was then told that my treatment was complete. ? That's what I thought, but if the experts say so, I wonder if it's true? I finished my hospital visit. After that, I went to Tsurumi Dental Clinic for treatment of another tooth and was asked, ``Isn't this tooth still undergoing treatment?'' I thought...why would he do such a careless thing? I was so sad. I go to Cross Garden from time to time, and every time I see this dentist, I wonder if other people are being treated properly.

  If I could select 0 stars, I would like to set it to 0. Really the worst store. The receptionist was very cold and had a bad attitude. I tried cleaning my teeth, but it took 10 minutes to clean all my teeth, and it felt really painful. The next day, my gums were also swollen. Doctors with low skills, crappy, expensive, and a waste of health insurance. The worst part is the poor response to inquiries and the reception staff don't care about wasting other people's time. I will never go to a hospital like this again.
