  A bank for the people of Saitama Prefecture, abbreviated as ``Bugin''. It's convenient because it's near the station, but there are cars parked on the street in front of it and lots of abandoned bicycles. If the bank doesn't do anything, I'll leave it alone. Saturdays and Sundays are especially bad. I don't think it's good for public safety either. I wish they would do something about it.
