Even though I have an anxiety disorder and asked some outlandish questions, the person did not seem bothered and explained things to me in detail, which made me feel at ease. It's very easy to understand and I'm glad I posted it here. I was told that I was being well taken care of, and I was able to leave feeling good from beginning to end.
