  When coming from the Ishinomaki direction on the Rifu Kaido road, you will find Sun, a Chinese soba restaurant, on your right hand side, near the entrance to Rifu town. At this store, I'm often more concerned about the condition inside the Maz shop rather than the taste of the ramen, and since the Maz store itself is an older building, I feel that it has been used quite a bit overall. . But I think it's something that can't be helped, so I'm not too concerned about it. As for the toilet, it looks like a simple flush and is not sanitary. It's even colder, but like most restaurants these days, it's self-service, but what caught my attention was the stack of cups next to the water dispenser. I don't know if it was freshly washed or not, but it was drenched...I poured some water on it thinking it wasn't a used item, but...I guess you don't wipe it after washing it? There are also ventilation fans covered in oil and soot, etc...Even before the important ramen, this restaurant has a very negative image due to its atmosphere. Therefore, I definitely cannot recommend it to those who value that kind of atmosphere or those who don't like it. The parking lot is a gravel parking lot that can easily accommodate around 10 cars. There are 3 tables with seating for about 6 people on a small rise, and counter seats at the counter. This time, I ordered char siu soba with boiled egg for 1,170 yen, and my wife ordered Chinese soba for 840 yen. You can choose from thin or thick noodles. I like thin noodles, so I asked for thin noodles. I tried to order a small fried rice from Sole, but unfortunately it was sold out! ! The time from ordering to arrival is surprisingly fast. When I ate it, I thought it would be light because of the flavor of the knots, just like other people's reviews, but I found it to have a strong, umami flavor. My wife said it was a bit on the cheap side, but I think that's a matter of personal preference. The char siu is huge, soft, and delicious. As for the boiled egg, when I took a bite, I couldn't taste it at all, huh? When I thought about it, I felt the deliciousness starting from the yolk. I think the ramen itself is delicious. I think it's a shame that the store's hygiene is giving a bad impression of divers.

  I guess the main ingredients are seafood and bonito soup 😀 Anyway, it's super delicious ❗️ You can choose between thick or thin noodles. I chose thick noodles. I think they are about medium thick noodles. Also, the char siu was soft and delicious, and I also had the char siu rice. This is a recent recommendation♪
