At first, I went to a dentist in my neighborhood, but I was introduced to this by a friend and have been working here for about 7 years now. I am very satisfied. Dr. Murai is always devoted to self-improvement, and although his frequency has slowed down a bit due to the effects of the new coronavirus, he frequently exchanges information on treatment methods and surgical techniques with other doctors in Japan and abroad. He is truly active, having taught at a vocational school for dental hygienists and held important positions in industry organizations. It's right near Shijo Karasuma Station, so people stop by on their way to work. All of the staff members are very kind, and the dental hygienists also put themselves in the patient's shoes and provide the utmost care. As for brushing, even though my own style is ingrained in me, I am patiently taught in an easy-to-understand manner. Teeth are something that you should take care of for the rest of your life. In that sense, I am truly grateful to have found a teacher who I can trust for the rest of my life.

  The director, Dr. Murai, treats his patients with compassion and care every time. I went to consult about plaque control and wisdom teeth 🦷 and it was a miracle. There was no pain at all during the tooth extraction, and there was no swelling or pain afterwards. The hygienists also give us accurate brushing instructions, such as how to hold the toothbrush, how much pressure to use, and how to apply it perpendicularly to the teeth, so we can practice it at home as well. Rather than going to the dentist after you have a cavity, we will change your daily habits to prevent cavities. I'm a dentist who I hope will increase in number like this. It's conveniently accessible from the station and close to my workplace, so I'm grateful that it's easy to commute to. I will continue to visit you regularly.

  Even though I noticed cavities, I ignored them for many years, I came to the hospital because I had pain in my tooth. The dentist's office was clean and the staff were courteous. The doctor also talked to me about various things, which eased my anxiety and allowed me to receive treatment with peace of mind. Thanks to the kind treatment I received, I can now go to the dentist with ease. I still have a lot of cavities left, but I will continue to receive treatment from this dentist.

  I don't even want to give stars, I just want to give it a minus. I went to the hospital a few years ago, but I remembered it and posted it. I don't know if there is any technique, but even if a patient with no knowledge is told to do so... An elderly woman who is not the director of the hospital... terrible I feel like they're taking advantage of my weaknesses, and I don't want to have anything to do with them again.
