The person in charge, Ms. T (female in her 50s), also had unclear explanations and needed confirmation several times. The level of customer service at a city bank was the lowest.

  I was able to easily change my address at a private room called the TV counter. Thank you. I used to use this bank a lot in Nagoya, but in Shizuoka it's the only one in front of this station. . Even the ATM is only at this one store. I wish they would at least build an ATM south of the station!
