  Even though the number of ATMs has decreased dramatically, I have always been using UFJ, but due to the attitude of the loan officer at this branch, I would like to switch to Sumitomo Mitsui in the future. I am a married woman, and have worked as a full-time employee at a listed company for nearly 10 years. I wanted to get a loan by myself, so I applied for loan application consultation. A middle-aged man (Mr. ○Hashi) responded to my call, but he kept saying rude things to me when I checked on the phone beforehand. First, I was asked, ``If you're married, why are you the only one applying instead of your husband applying? Does that mean his income is unstable?'' If I needed information about my husband's place of employment and annual income when applying, I could have told him that directly, but I thought it was impossible to make assumptions that would put someone down. Also, I was asked, ``I need various fees such as a deposit, but I don't have it in my bank account, so do you have it?'' When I told them I had it at another bank, they gave me a nasty attitude. Besides that, I kept hearing things that were derogatory towards women, which made me angry, so I canceled the consultation and applied to Mizuho and Sumitomo Mitsui! Both locations have a good attitude and do not pry into unnecessary private information. I completed my loan payment at Sumitomo Mitsui the other day and opened an account with Sumitomo Mitsui for the first time. I will transfer all my funds to Sumitomo Mitsui from now on and will no longer use UFJ!

  I find it unpleasant that the security guard, a small man named Numabe, always asks me to come back in a dirty voice. I feel like I'm in a greengrocer lol I feel bad because he's the type of person who complains under his breath.

  [Please note] We are on the 11th floor of the building and there are no signs outside. From the Toranomon 2-chome west intersection, pass in front of Sakura Pharmacy towards Toranomon Hospital, enter the building through the entrance next to Starbucks, and are on the 11th floor. It's a normal bank with a teller. It may be empty and a hidden gem.

  We have moved to Toranomon Tower, which is inconvenient. . . I think the expenses are a lot, but the store on the first floor was nice.
