::I left my bank book in the bank. When I went back to get it I showed them my Residence card, Driving License, Cash card and old bank book. Then they tell me they have it but despite ALL this ID they won't give to me without my stamp. So I have to go home get the stamp and then they make me wait in a long queue to get it back. The whole process was so illogical. I forgot my passbook at the bank. When I went back to collect it, I showed them my residence card, driver's license, cash card, and old bankbook. They say they have it, but even though they have all this ID, they won't give it to me without my stamp. So I have to get the stamp and go home, only to have to wait in a long line to get it back. The whole process was very illogical.

::As a Student with 2 years Permit residents i visit this branch for opening a Bank accounts for my expenses during i am in Japan, but they Stopped to Open accounts for me and when i ask for the reason they said we can Not tell you the reason!
