  I used it for the first time. I live in Fukushima and the closest store is Sendai, which is very inconvenient. The people at the Mito branch are polite and kind, but even though the store is empty, there is no sign that they will shorten the waiting time. The customer service is friendly, but I think they should try to speed up the paperwork.

  It's near the subway station, next door is Iris Ohyama. This is a recommended bank as there are no fees until 9pm even on holidays. There are also about 12 ATMs, which is very nice.
