::Please go to the opening greeting at 9am. It feels very refreshing. As an old man, it was a greeting that gave me energy. The branch is large and there are many ATMs that are easy to use. I went to open a NISA account, and the receptionist was so polite that I ended up talking to her. The branch was bright and kind, very different from the Mitsui branch in front of me.

::I apologize for the information not being helpful to you. I came here to replace equipment, but at other banks (Y Hama Bank, M Zuho Bank, R Sona Bank, etc.), the person in charge at the bank was very skillful and everything proceeded smoothly and as planned. However, I didn't know who was in charge on the bank's side (I was surprised?), and things went sour that I ended up getting home extremely late, and there was some family discord for several days after that day. As expected from the world's Yataro group!! ️ I don't think I know anything about the lower class people💢😠💢

::I was disappointed in the way the young-looking woman at the counter treated me. I wonder if they have customer service training. The reaction was a bit vague, perhaps because they understood what I was saying, but they didn't and I had to take additional steps at a later date. The account opening app is terrible, and the signage is just a typical bad company.

::書類を窓口担当者に言われた通りに訂正したところ再度訂正させられた上、訂正についてこちらに非があるかのような口ぶりで非常に不快。銀行窓口業務多岐に渡ることは理解でき、全ての業務を完璧にこなして欲しいとは思わないが、あの態度はいただけない。中年(高年)の担当者だったので、年齢ゆえ態度が大きくなっているのか知らないが、もし来店することがあるなら若い担当者の方にお願いするのをオススメする。

::2018/9/7 Entered around 14:50 just before closing. This is my first time using this store. There were few customers as it was about to close. I look for the machine to get the number tag, but I can't find it. Cleaning up at the reception desk? I called out to a woman who seemed to be busy. Where is the numbered ticket machine? I called out to him, but he kept his eyes on the cleaning work and asked, "Yes?" When I repeated my question, he pointed to a nearby machine, said brusquely that it was there, and went back to cleaning up. When I entered the store, the security guard and I didn't even say ``Welcome'' and I couldn't serve customers, which is the normal job of the reception desk! You can clean up after the store is closed! It was obvious that he intended to go home as soon as it was time to finish work. This kind of person should not be a customer service worker! ! A security guard on the way home? When I asked for the branch name, what was the answer? ? ? . I don't even know the name of the branch where I work! ? Then, by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation across the road. When the front door opened, a security guard called out in a cheerful voice, ``Welcome.'' My discomfort at Mitsubishi was relieved and I even felt refreshed. The old Mitsubishi Bank felt kind and humane, and I own stocks and use my account as my main bank, but maybe I should reconsider? Rating: 0. The fact that it made me feel uncomfortable was actually a negative.
