  I was made to call and visit the store multiple times for the same matter. I had no idea what the person I was dealing with was talking about it, as it differed from person to person, and the explanations were clerical and used difficult terminology. I had to adjust my work schedule and take some time off, but in the end I only had to visit the store once. It's a shame that there isn't another store nearby. I have had bad experiences at this store before. After speaking, I was asked to sit in a chair and wait. However, I was left talking with other bank employees for a long time, leaving my bankbook unattended, which made me uncomfortable. I had to wait for a long time many times because they didn't understand what I said, probably because I didn't explain it well.

  When I unload the food, there is no need to line up. However, it is inconvenient that you cannot withdraw coins. For students like us, coins are very important, so I want them to be able to withdraw them quickly.

  There is a machine called "STM" next to the counter where you can pay with pasted payment forms❗ However, the problem is that the STM machine closes earlier than the counter (14:45) (-_-#) Also, it's next to the counter, so you can't use it if the counter is closed! ️(-_-#) If they could just set it up next to the small room where they open accounts, it wouldn't be mistaken for an ATM, and if they were open 24 hours a day, they would put customers first.
