  I visited to change my address and seal. Instead of going through the counter, I was taken to a private room in the back where I had to communicate via the internet or phone, and it took about 40 minutes. At other banks, it is a task that can be completed in 5 minutes at the counter. I used them for other matters such as inheritance, but I was surprised at how unfriendly they were. This didn't happen at other branches. . This bank has been used by my family for many years for salary transfers, but I would like to transfer to another city bank.

  I stopped by Osu to do some shopping. None of the clerks here are friendly. Other banks are much better. I'm not going anymore.
