::Like a restaurant library! This place is close to Higashi-Niigata Station and has a perfect ambiance for studying. They have individual tables, which has plug, usb charges, and study lumps and also have big tables (however those tables don’t have plug). Their coffees are also good. You can enjoy your coffee while studying.
