  Mosque is there 100% - you need to walk down the tiny alley and then on your right you will see the door - just before the blue tarp. I met some very welcoming brothers and sisters inside - has facilities for wudu. Third floor is where you pray - plenty of prayer mats.

  masjid di tengah shinjuku,cm agak susah nyari nya... berada ditengah2 tempat hiburan malam
