  Helpful cheerful staff, was easy to order, tasty chicken pieces not in burger form.

  Fast service and helpful staff. Ordered the original menu beef burger 🍔 which is goodness. Wish they have refill option for beverages. Nice to rest here before entering the enormous Osaka castle.

  Very rude service. Whispering, staring, giggling. The shop assistants behaved like uncivilised kids towards me. It felt like on a playground.

  Lady at the counter was extremely observant. She noticed our poor Japanese and whipped out an English menu. She could speak some English.

  Didn't worth the money. The cheese burger was filled mostly with onions and the onion rings wasn't fresh and tasty.
