  This post office is located inside the arcade in Saecho. As soon as you get off the bus stop, you'll be at the Sasamachi Arcade, so I think it's an easy place to get to if you don't have a car. The office staff are friendly and easy to talk to, so it's easy to talk to them. I often see older people visiting.
