Bookers bw aware!!!! This place should not be called a hotel, I would rate this as a 0 star MOTEL. This place is run down and dingy, it is utterly disgusting, the whole floor and our non smoking room smelled like smoke. The carpet in the room and outside was gross and disgusting. The room was soo run down and the walls are extremely thin, we paid 8700 yen which is a rip off, even if they charged 1000 yen, I would never stay at this place, just not sanitary. Extremely disappointed.

Worst WiFi signal hotel ever. The signal strength is very weak and breaks off from time to time. It's really painful for travelers to update their daily tour log without internet. Unfortunately I was in town for an overbooked weekend, so paid a lot higher than the rooms' average rate. So to me, it's not worth the service and hardware amenity. Should've pay a little more and stay at the Daiwa next door. However, the location is still great, only 2 mins away from the tunnel from Morioka Station.

I will only give this place a 1 star overall because of the staff. The rooms, hallways and locator were all horrible...moldy & musky...the bed was the only ok thing.

The location of this hotel is perfect, almost in front of the train station, you just have to cross a tunnel of underground stairs. The rooms are not big... but they are clean and enough to rest. The staff is very kind. But the breakfast is a bit scarce... I bought jam in a konbini because I didn't have anything to eat with the bread... Although, the croissants were good.
