  I should have read the reviews before going. All three young clerks had the worst attitude. Because of this, the atmosphere of the store is bad. There are too many things that bother me, such as talking to customers while working behind the scenes, or not counting the change and returning it. This is the first time I bought a cake from a store and felt so sick.

  I prefer famous cake shops in the North Island, but I only go there when I don't have the time to go there, but I want to eat fresh cream and sponge cake. I think it's because there are no competing stores nearby that they are able to manage their cakes and customer service so aggressively that they don't match the prices. However, I feel that customer service is dependent on the store staff. The staff at the store the last time I went there was nice. But maybe that's just because the other staff members are so horrible that they look better.

  There were two young female clerks, but their attitude and language were very bad. In today's world where it is common for all companies to put effort into employee training and provide pleasant customer service, it must be said that awareness of this is low. When I came to the store, I obviously made eye contact with the store clerk who was lining up the puddings, but even though she noticed me, she continued to ignore me, and when a customer came to buy a cake, she responded immediately, which made me feel very bad. There's a bad store clerk. From the back, a female clerk in her 20s, younger than the previous clerk, hurriedly responded. The cafe space is comfortable, but sometimes the air conditioning is turned off and it can get very cold. It's hard to understand that there is one step to get to where the sofa is in the back, and I don't think the store design is good. I would like to see the steps removed and replaced with a slope, as it would be dangerous for both the staff carrying the products and the customers.
