Dr. Mori is very polite, and the dental hygienist also cleans my teeth very carefully. People who complain usually write everywhere and get complaints, so I thought they could just ignore it or go somewhere else. They are very responsive to me and I feel very comfortable using them.

  The doctors and dental hygienists are very attentive. The doctor himself has a nice personality and is a reliable dentist. However, as some people have said, the receptionist is really unpleasant. I have to have a conversation to make my next reservation, but it's a pain every time. I would be very happy if you could devise a way for patients to make reservations from devices such as monitors and tablets in the future.
