  Because of my job, I visit Momiji Bank branches in many different locations, but this branch had the longest waiting time by far. Although there were many people waiting without a seat, only two of the four counters were open, and many bank employees were sitting in the back seats looking bored. After waiting for 30 minutes, there were 2 people whose number was called. I'm going home because it's a waste of time.

  The parking lot was difficult to get into, but the inside of the store was clean.

  I went to make a new passbook, but the response was too slow🤬The bank staff inside was talking nonsense and I could even hear them laughing🤬They said they couldn't make a passbook in the end🤬They made me wait for about 30 minutes and they made fun of me🤬
