The extent to which you can feel the flavor of seafood The bowl is slippery, probably due to heating the thick bowl directly. There's a thin layer of fat on the surface, so it never gets cold. It depends on your taste, but if you want to eat delicious ramen, choose another place. If you want to eat hot food, you can try it.

::Ordered spicy green onion miso ramen. I ordered a lot more firm and dark. This is a delicious classic miso ramen that is rich and coated with lard. Garlic and ginger work well. The taste is almost perfect, but I personally don't like the fact that they don't serve rice and the dark oriental atmosphere lol.

::I'm a person who loves ramen. I wanted to eat ramen, so I went to check it out. Since it was my first time, I asked for a recommendation and the answer was Chinese noodles🍜 I ordered Chinese noodles and flavored eggs. The flavored egg was not half-boiled 💦 The atmosphere of the store was very fashionable. Maybe it's because I went at night. The clerk was also very kind. It was ramen and seafood soup stock. It's seafood soup, so if you're not good at it, you might be disappointed, but it's better to try a lot of different things, you might even like it m(_ _)m The soup is extremely hot. It's a serious burn, so it's better to fufu before drinking. The taste was delicious😋 The chashu is very soft. This was also delicious 😋 If I have a chance, I would like to try miso as well. ::I visited Mochimochiki just after 2pm on a weekday. Take Route 16 from the Iruma direction. There is a median strip, so instead of turning right, enter the store from the front. The store was relatively empty. There were also two groups of two customers each. I ordered a small bowl of miso ramen, with green onions and bean sprouts as toppings. The soup is hot as advertised. But I guess it's not until I get burned. It was just fine for me. The miso was made with white miso and had the right amount of ginger and garlic, making it very delicious. This time, I added the topping all at once, so it ended up being a little watery. It might be better to add a little bit at a time! (This is just my personal opinion...) I wish I could choose between white miso and red miso. I basically like red miso, so next time I'll order soy sauce ramen. Thank you for the meal🎵

::Ramen place in a quiet area in Hon Kawagoe, 15 mins walk from station. I was the first customer for dinner ard 605pm. Menu says it serves Chinese noodles but they look Japanese to me 🤣 The prawn ramen is the bomb! The soup stays warm throughout the meal and the aftertaste of the prawns is satisfying, noodles is chewy throughout the meal as well! The fat of the char siu melts in your mouth while the non fat areas does not require much chewing. Was blown away by the soup, would love to try their other dishes!
