  His attitude over the phone was very condescending and he never admitted even if there was fault on both sides. Also, when I returned to the branch or head office because my cash card was missing, I was not contacted. *Of course, it's also the fault of the person who didn't receive it, but if you know they're going back to the branch or head office, wouldn't it be okay to contact them?

  ATMs are well-functioning and there are enough of them, so you will rarely have to wait. However, the male staff serving customers near the ATM seems to not be paying close attention to each person, and the customer service is uneven.

  The worse service and least friendly bank in Japan and this is the worst, most incompetent branch. SMBC and UFJ across the street are much, much nicer and they don't treat non-Japanese customers like dirt.
