I needed to make a transfer, so I came to the store. Since the amount was large, I was a little nervous, but they responded kindly and the transfer was completed smoothly. It was very helpful as I was in a hurry. thank you very much.

I was very happy to receive such polite and kind service from a male employee in his 40s.

I can see that the operations are more thorough than the Shinkin banks and the prefecture's regional banks. Maybe your company has different standards.

After I withdrew the money, I asked the woman at the counter to pay the city tax, but she told me there would be a fee and returned without paying. The city will cover the fees, so taxpayers shouldn't have to pay them. Since it was a hassle, I paid at the convenience store, but of course there was no fee. Are the people at the counter not well-educated? ? I used it as my family's main bank, but I'm currently considering what to do next! !

His customer service is amazing, but what is his knowledge about investment trusts? ? I previously had a savings NISA account here and used it to manage investment trusts, but I canceled it this year. When I immediately tried to re-open an account with another online bank, I was informed that I could not open one with our bank because I already had a NISA account. So, I went to Mizuho again and told him that I had received this notice from another bank even though I thought I had canceled my contract, and he replied, ``We have definitely canceled our contract.'' I recently learned that there is a rule that if you cancel a NISA account after actually operating it within the tax-free limit, you cannot reopen it within the same year... Mizuho did not provide any such explanation. I don't think it was intentional, but I think he probably didn't really know that much. When I opened the site, the explanations were not very clear, so I wish there was an asset management professional there.
